I’m a qualified level 3 and 4 sports massage therapist, since March 2019. I provide sports massage therapy for a wide range of problems, which include but are not limited to, sports performers, athletes and individuals suffering from day to day problems, such as repetitive strain injury, sprains, tension and fatigue. I like to focus on functional fitness. This can be anything from making sure you have a better posture when sat at your desk, to helping you get back on your feet and recovering quicker from injury in a certain sport. I can look at different postures, injuries and dysfunctions such as tendonopathies. Along with this I have learnt the techniques required to conduct subjective and objective assessments across 9 different joints in the body. Communication is important between myself and my clients, as I need to work to your pain threshold. I would like you to come back ? I am based at Premier World Fitness (LS25 2LD) in Garforth, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings 17:30-20:00. If you have any aches or pains from sitting at your computer all day, or whether it’s from a sport you play, please feel free to message me, or you can now book online through Sports Injury Fix. I’m also registered with the Sports Therapy Association. I hope to improve your state of equilibrium (Stasis) soon.
